The staff were really helpful. We had a flat tyre and someone came and helped us. The sraff were friendly and understanding. Cleaning of rooms was excellent. We arrived early and they checked us in, put our suitcases in storage for us and we were free to do what we liked till they phoned to say the room was ready. Very satisfied.
